After receiving this American Strat the difference was like Night and Day. For a $1200 guitar a product specific Owners Manual would have been nice."

"I have done 3 gigs with it so far and everybody is complimenting the sound and look of the guitar. I have played a lot of strats in my search for a new guitar and this one is just perfect. I think it is the best strat Fender has made in many years. The shape of the neck is wonderful, the finish is just smooth and silky!! At first I thought the new saddles looked kind of stupid , but wow do they sound good..especially the G, B and E strings...They got that sound that got lost with the introduction of the big stainless steel ones...I am totally digging this guitar and I am happy to have found it. The new guitar case is really nice too. "

"I play a little bit of everything except country, and this guitar can handle it all. Although not suited for ultra-heavy metal, this guitar handles very well. I love the bright sound of the single-coil pickups. The bridge pickup is perfect for Hendrix, and it's nice to have the quiet positions when you turn it up. "
